Support-A-Child

One way in which Hindus in America can help is through the
"Support-A-Child" program. The "Support-A-Child" program maintains a child
for one year through a donation of $250, providing room, board, education,
and other needs of the child. A ten-year commitment is encouraged to
provide on-going support. Annual letters and photos of the child are sent
to donors who choose to participate for five to ten years.

One Village-One School

Tribal (Vanvasi) schools have been established in various areas of Bharat
Bhoomi. In these villages we have been able to provide education in areas
were most adults are illiterate and are also providing basic health care.
Another benefit is that communication between tribals and their other Hindu
brothers and sisters has been strengthened with the experience of knowing
that they are valued members of Hindu Society.
