Thank you.  This is the proposal I had made in the very first post since 
the re-org RFD appeared.  But these theme based additional newsgroups 
were rejected by the proponents of re-org on questionable grounds.

The above implications are incorrect!  I do not think that there is 
enough traffic to justify soc.religion.hindu.info type newsgroups. While 
SRV, and proposed SRH.Shivaite, SRH.vedas etc. may induce new discussions 
and welcome additional posters to post indepth articles on these topics.  
A bhajan newsgroup such as SRH.bhajans will inspire many to posts bhajans 
and prayers for frequently.  I fail to see how srh.info will prompt additional 
"info" type postings.  A general newsgroup such as this one (SRH), with the 
present traffic of about 10-15 posts per day of non-RFD posts should suffice 
for these purposes.

Also, as I have mentioned before, we can start with creating some of the 
newsgroups that I have mentioned, and then as demand/readership 
increases, more and more newsgroups are added in this hierarchy.
