Re: Ramana Maharshi
The Bhagwan Ramana that I remember, as a boy of 8 or 9, was a beautiful
kind old man in a Komanam(loin cloth) lying on a cot at Tiruvannamalai.
I did not receive advice from him as I was too young and in the closing
years of his life he spoke little except to ask in a voice filled with
love whether one had eaten or about the welfare of a devotee. I remember
him being racked with cancer but still keeping his peace and kindliness
till the end came in 1950. I will remember him till the day I die.
