i think there is some error; or i missing something.
if there are 10-15 articles/day and less during week end,
assuming 12 articles/weekday and 5 articles/weekend day
then # or articles per week approx =70
if 5 articles/week is sustainable, then we need many more moderators
to sustain the current response time.
Even if i were to assume it was 5 postings/day, still the sustainable
level of postings is only 35, which again requires one more moderator
most conservatively...[note i took conservative estimates above]
