you only stated that Ajay Shah was not selected by the netters. so
he is time-tested only *after* becoming the moderator (as i understand).
Why are you against more moderators being on the panel on *similar*
footing ? -- they too can become *time-tested* after a while!
multiple moderators (whether selected by ajay shah, or netters as you
suggested, OR as proposed in the RFD) will help reduce the work load
per moderator, reduce the possible delays, provide some kind of second
opinions on rejected articles etc.
have you not expressed your support for more moderators?
