That may be America's tragedy: so many misinformed experts. This is such
an isolationist country and such a vain country that we're often unwilling
to look beyond our borders for solutions. Ah, well.
To end on a note that's almost on-topic, to any vegetarians in Los
Angeles, I highly recommend Samata, a vegetarian restaurant in Studio City
that serves northern Indian cuisine.
