Yoga Qualification                 :      Learnt yoga from Shri B.M.Srikantiah of

                                                   Bangalore ( NIPE, N.R.Colony) at the age of Ten.

Learnt Kundalini Raja Yoga for Dr.A.K.Atre 

Completed Yoga Instructors certificate course and Yoga Intensive Course from
Swami Vivekananda yoga Anusandhana Samsthana.

EXPERIENCE : 

Worked as guest faculty at VHD Institute of Home Science, Bangalore and yoga 
therapist  at Maiya Nursing Home before starting “Diet and Yoga Center” for teaching yoga for positive health, therapeutic yoga and consultancy for diet and nutrition.

Life member of Nutrition society of India and also Dietetics Association of India. 
Organising Secretary for Yoga conferences of sVyasa.
